my values

My core value is presence. I strive to realize the power of presence in each moment.

I strive to embody joy through my being.  

I feel gratitude to be on the planet at this time, grateful to discover how I can play a part in building a world that works for 100% of all life.

I value receptivity and am committed to staying open and receptive to feedback.

I believe in the evolution of consciousness.  I believe that consciousness is nonlocal, meaning we share a collective consciousness and we all have the opportunity to contribute to our collective evolution.  

I appreciate the beauty of simplicity.  I see the inherent simplicity within complex systems.  

The recognition of our interdependence to one another leads to growth and expansion.  We are biologically programmed to mirror each other as interdependent organisms. We see ourselves through the clear reflection of another.

I value honesty & vulnerability and do my best to communicate from this place.

I practice self-compassion whenever I don’t get any of the above just right :)
