My name is Brittany Chrystal Neff. I believe we are all unique emanations of one source consciousness and that only love is real! I strive to embody this truth (sometimes it’s challenging), and to show up in the world authentically expressed in loving awareness each and every moment.
I have moved through a major metamorphosis in the past two years, and I fully choose this path of expanding conscious evolution. It is not always easy to choose the unknown path of surrender, and last year in the winter of 2018, I went through a dark night of the soul as I stripped away much of who I thought I was. It left me feeling lost, confused, and disempowered. I felt empty and identity-less for some time, as I recognized that I really didn’t know who I was at all, and that I had spent all of my life morphing to other people’s energy.
Coming into 2019 I readied myself to uncouple with my partner of 6 ½ years. Life was asking both of us to step into the unknown and out of the comfort of the cocoon of our relationship. For the majority of my twenties, I defined myself in terms of our relationship to one another. We went all in together, developing deep patterns of co-dependancy. It took a year to extricate ourselves from the dynamics of codependency and heal resentments and hurt feelings that had formed over time. We came back purely into the truth of the unconditional love that we have for one another, and I am so grateful for our evolutionary relationship and all that we have architected together.
I now know to the depths of my being that I hold the keys to my own liberation and that I have the power to choose, love, joy, abundance, connection, and freedom in each and every moment.
